We primarily utilise high-strength aluminium in crafting our tools. Since this material demonstrates optimal ease of machining, we can entirely eschew the use of electrical discharge machining. Aiming for maximum versatility, our entire machinery adopts the same control system, regardless of whether it is set up for three, four or five axes. This allows every member of our team to utilise any machine.

We are completely committed to milling using High-Speed Cutting (HSC) technology. With an array of twelve three-axis, three four-axis and two five-axis machines, it is not unusual for several of our team members to work on the same project in parallel. Two of our three-axis and four-axis machines come with zero-point clamping systems and robotic feeds, enabling us to produce various parts even during the night hours.
